Notaries Public are staffed in both the Kenosha and Racine Campus Libraries. To schedule an appointment, contact Betsy Kennedy in Racine at 262-564-2170. On the Kenosha Campus contact Maureen Conklin at 262-564-2540. There is no charge for this service.
